The Register of Physical Therapists of Ireland caters for the needs of Physical Therapy professionals and students working or training in Ireland. The Register provides support for its members to enable them to give the very best of attention to their patients.
The RPTI is Irelands only voluntary, non-profit, self regulating body representing Physical therapists in Ireland.
Qualified Physical Therapists registered with the RPTI are approved by VHI Healthcare, Quinn Healthcare and Hibernian Aviva Healthcare.
With the onset of regulation of therapies the Register will assist its members to have the very best of preparation. The register will insist that all members abide by its strict code of conduct and good practice.
The RPTI encourage continuous education. To facilitate our members we provide C.P.D. courses (continuous professional development), at regular intervals on subjects that have special interest to Physical Therapists. All courses run by the RPTI are provided to members on a "no profit" basis.
Any qualified Physical Therapists who wish to apply for membership to the RPTI can contact the Registrar by clicking on the link above. Please include the following information in your email:
· Full name as appears on your diploma.
· Postal address.
· A list of your qualifications.
· A copy of your diploma(s).
· Date(s) of qualification(s).
· Where qualified.
You will receive an application form within 3 working days of sending your email.
